I have been in the Real Estate Industry for 60 Years. I was licensed as a Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesman in 1961 - and became a Licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker in 1963.In 1969, I transitioned into the mortgage banking field. I served as Vice President at Colonial Mortgage Service Company for 14 years. This was to be my profession for the next 40 years.In 1989 - I became CEO - and President of Century Mortgage Corporation with offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida. I was an FHA direct endorsement underwriter as well as a VA automatic underwriter.
