Stephen worked for many years in both sales and production management roles with experience in risk management, occupational health & safety, internal auditing, internal investigation, contract negotiation and quality assurance. He joined the investigation industry in 2005 following extensive training in undercover and covert surveillance investigations. Stephen was appointed Surveillance Manager of a national investigation firm in 2008, managing a high volume of insurance, corporate and private surveillance investigations and had direct responsibility for quality control, client development and training of new investigators.Stephen joined LS & Associates (LS Partners/Clarity Workplace Solutions) in 2012 to commence and establish their Melbourne office, where he was responsible for the overall management of the Surveillance, Factual, Process Serving and Special Unit departments. In 2014, Stephen returned to in-field investigations conducting Factual/Circumstance/Fraud investigations for insurance and corporate clients. In 2016, Stephen established his own practice - Oracle Investigation Services (OIS Global), focusing on Forensic Fraud, Misconduct, Surveillance, Factual, Process Serving and Private Investigations.
