A multifaceted and robust background in client advocacy fuels my current role as a patient service specialist. Driven and results-oriented, I have a history of identifying and resolving inefficiencies in processes while balancing dozens of clients with numerous conflicting obstacles.Consistent, remarkable, and empathetic service is not an exception but rather the rule. Whether listening to a family member describe their worst fears as their spouse undergoes chemotherapy, or guiding a patient through their surgical experience; I am routinely tasked with delivering creative solutions. As an innovative leader, I am prepared to collaborate with patients, families, doctors, insurance managers, pharmaceutical representatives, and hospital administration all in an effort to ensure patient safety and foster successful patient advocacy.***Additionally, I have proudly worked as an actor and fight choreographer with stage, film, and stunt credits ranging all over the US. Most notable among my acting credits are Goldschagg in VITRIOL with Handwritten Productions, Achilles in TROILUS & CRESSIDA with OneShot Productions, and touring the Seattle parks as Edmund in KING LEAR with Green Stage. As the Resident Fight Choreographer for The Greenhouse Ensemble in New York, my fight credits include DANNY AND THE DEEP BLUE SEA, directed by Austin Pendleton and GOD, SEX, AND GETTING EVEN. My movement workshop SHAKESPEARE AND THE SWORD combines stage combat, safety, and classic theatrical text for middle & high school students.
