Primarily, I began as an industrial painter for 3 years then moved into the metal forming department which included nesting and operation of an abrasive water jet and ended cutting on a band saw. Factory environment which also included communications, forklift driving, materials handling and inventory counts, along with other duties. Operation of multi-angle hand beveler, massive press brake and heat treatment furnace for complex welding procedures. Assembly. Possessed licensing for operating multiple sizes of forklifts up to a Rigger Special that could maneuver 100,000 lbs. or more. Possessed licensing for aerial lift operation including scissor lifts and JLG machines. Correspondence with multiple individuals in the company to verify blueprints and work orders was common, especially in metal forming. Although some work orders may have had 100 or more identical pieces, it was more common daily to have 40 different metal formations that many times were in testing phases so I'd have to stay in contact with the project leadership - we even had to do many test runs on new products while I operated the water jet to calculate different parameters. With this jet, I was capable of cutting within 0.001" depending on thickness and composition of materials (from aluminum to steel to stainless, poly's to kevlar) once I learned on the job - with no prior training other than having operated multiple CNC lathes at prior occupations. I also possessed licensing for overhead crane operation and generally had to use these to rig materials and equipment on a daily basis throughout the years.

Production Associate: steel fabrication (automotive parts production), quality inspection / paperwork, pack parts, operate CNC lathes/endmills, operate automated paint systems, prepare mixtures for various implements (paint, toluene, etc), assembly line, assemble product.Team Leader: supervision of multiple assembly lines, training of new production associates, report shift progress to supervisory members, report problematic events during shift to maintenance personnel and supervisor, keep assembly process in operation (quick fix issues, setup and maintenance of machinery, etc)
