Coordinated multidisciplinary design, engineering and construction project teams for clients, including the Army Corps of Engineers, UW and Northwest Hospital. Directed the RFI process, submittal and change order processing, and progress payments.Provided quality assurance reviews and implemented project controls, including project scheduling in Microsoft Project and earned-value tracking reports in Excel.Key Projects:Boeing, Project Management/Construction ManagementServed as the design team project manager for Boeing’s Tanker Aerial Refueling Program facility upgrades, the 7-38 warehouse build-out and the Everett steam distribution upgrade projectLed project team to facilitate relocation of a Boeing aircraft maintenance group and parts warehouse with no down time; recognized for design document quality and speed in completing the project.Lake Washington School District, Capital and Small Works Facilities ProjectsManaged modernization and capital projects, as well as small works projects, for the district; facilitated design, planning and scheduling, as well as funding, permitting and environmental aspects. Used MaintenanceDirect facilities work order software to set up, track and report project status.Coordinated a $160 million modernization program, including modernization or replacement of three elementary schools, Redmond High School and Redmond Junior High School. Managed up to 50 school improvement projects concurrently to eliminate a project backlog; initial six-month contract was extended to five years due to client satisfaction.Coffman Corporate ProjectsLed three major remodeling projects for Coffman’s corporate offices.
