I have been in account management at Stryker Enabling Technologies and Robotics for 14 years supporting the Illinois, Indiana and Kentucky markets. I sell and support advanced medtech solutions including Image Guidance and Advanced Fluoroscopy and CT. This role demands proficiencies in aspects involving complex capital market sales (multi-million dollar transactions), high-tech medical equipment product support and extensive clinical knowledge across multiple modalities and service lines within a healthcare facility. With the ever-changing healthcare marketplace, this role requires a strong financial background and a creative growth mindset to deliver solutions that meet the customer where they are and where they want to be. In addition, I manage a large service team of clinical specialist and associates while maintaing strong customer relationships built on trust, accountabiltiy and long term support. This consists of training and developing a team of over 20 individuals growing talent and building opportunities for growth both internally and externally.The customer base is comprised of Neurosurgery, Spine, Orthopedics, ENT, Craniofacial, Trauma, Facial Plastics, Ophthalmology, OMFS and Vascular. Previous to Stryker, I sold the neuroscience product line for three years at Eli Lilly and Company across multiple markets in Indiana.
