● Supported Respectful Workplace Unit (RWU) by managing and reviewing complaints of disrespectfulbehavior, harassment, bullying, retaliation, and integrity violations.● Led and supported investigations on allegations of conduct that may breach the standards and rulesestablished to further the objectives described in the terms of reference of the RWU and professionalconduct-related issues.● Led the review of complaints and allegations of misconduct, and violations of ADB’s policies, rules,orders and circulars on professional conduct and respect at work, including the formulation of detailedinvestigation reports and recommendations, the conduct of subject, witness and subject interviews, thereview and analysis of reliable and relevant information, the issuance of credible investigative findings,and the preparation and editing of investigative reports and supporting documentation.● Recorded, monitored and reported to the OAI/ RWU Head on the complaints, allegations andinvestigations.
