Within this senior management role in the Lionbridge Dublin office, I was responsible for a team of Business Analysts, Developers and Quality experts. This team played a key support role in this $65M annual business, focused on making Project Management and functional teams more effective in their customer delivery. My team accomplished this through focussed Black Belt/Green Belt projects, Kaizen events, the deployment of enterprise level technology, and Custom design and development of technology. We completed several Customer Consultancy engagements, which opened up new business opportunities with our Customers and at the same time were key contributors to new business bid creation.

During this period my role moved from Middle to Senior Management within the UK/Ireland region, I also took on responsibility for the Testing Group in January 2007. This technical group was responsible for re-engineering and testing Web, Software and E-Doc products for the International market. This 350 person group played a critical part in a $65M annual, regional business based within the Dublin office, delivering to 100+ Customers, in particular key Customers, such as Microsoft, HP, Oracle, Adobe and Autodesk. During this period I also built up multiple teams in Warsaw, Beijing and Mumbai, totalling 250 people.
In Bowne I took on the role of Engineering Manager and had the responsibility of the delivery of Multi-lingual Software, E-Docs and Web engineering services. I managed a department of 60 engineers, while also having responsibility of the generation of $5M of revenue from these services.

The Onlines Engineering Department was responsible for engineering and testing Multi-lingual E-docs and Web sites, for Berlitz GlobalNET Customers. I managed a department of 40 engineers and testers, who had to develop new tools, process and solutions for our Customers, as the Internet became Global and Multilingual. We successfully built this into a $1M annual business.
