Unlocked the studios and checked in clients for various fitness classes at the University of Georgia's Ramsey Student Center. Prepared the classes by assembling all of the equipment and keeping records of the number of attendees, supply of equipment, and any medical emergencies. Cleaned and closed the studios following.

Extracted E. Coli DNA isolates from different anatomical sources of farm raised chickens. With DNA, performed One-Step PCR with personally mixed solution. Amplified DNA was dyed and identified using Agarose Gel Electrophoreses and visualized using imaging software for pathogenic genes.
