While working at Earls Yaletown I exercised an “It’s Your Business” philosophy and helped managed an 8.5 million dollar business. I impacted profits through labour, GFLs, and controllables. I drove and impacted sales through guest experience and team involvement. I helped recruit, mentor and develop a team of over 70. I mastered leadership skills.
