Startup, setup, and operate Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) milling machines for orthopedic implant device manufacturer.

Produce high quality products for Tier 1 automotive parts manufacturer. Perform setup, startup, shutdown and maintenance functions for plastic injection molding presses. Adjust hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical settings to achieve consistent quality standards. Conduct mold changes, material and color changes. Operate gas and electric powered fork trucks, electric die truck, and 30-ton overhead crane. Maintain accurate records and report issues to engineering and maintenance departments as required.

Supervise up to 50 employees in assembly of automotive parts and components in a unionized work environment. Delegate work responsibilities, provide performance counseling, resolve manpower disputes, meet production goals and deadlines, and enforce safety policies. Utilize various applications to maintain production, personnel and payroll records.

Prepare operations orders and delegate manpower requirements for ongoing regional military commitments. Operate manuever control systems in support of current multi-service military operational requirements. Maintain vehicles and equipment worth over $200,000.

Cross-train up to 11 employees on military specific duties in support of field artillery goals. Instruct in survival skills, map reading and land navigation, marksmanship, fieldcraft, patrols and foot marches, emergency lifesaving techniques, camouflage, hazardous material handling and safety, and wilderness survival.
