Mobile Marketing Campaign Platform for telesales agencyAlthough Ping An Life telesales occupied over half marker share, we still hope to transform business from traditional telesales to long-term customer relationship. This platform is supposed to establish a B2B2C chain through insurance company – agency – customer, using WeChat Mini Program, in forms of online marketing campaigns combined with festivals and hotspot, to transform low-frequency insurance sale to high-frequency customer interactions. As the product manager, I accomplished the following:➢ Completed the project set up, prototype building, WeChat Mini Program application, basic version development, and launched the first marketing campaign in only two months➢ Continued to iterate and optimize rapidly with agile development, added functions including dashboard, customer profile, authority management, etc.➢ Spread/promoted the platform to seven centers across the country. Nearly 10,000 agents registered and participated, over 140,000 active customers.➢ Collected information for customer behavior analysis, including reading time of each page, at which page they left, how many times they forward, which kind of gifts they’re interested in, and other personal information➢ Cooperated with data intelligence team to build customer tags and classify customersMember points platform for PING AN telesales agentsBuild a web application for agents points system, to encourage agents to better meet compliance requirement, and provide better service to policyholders. Agents could be rewarded by points by their team leaders, and use the points to redeem gifts on the platform. Those gifts will be given to customers for a good long-term relationship.

Taiwan Nanshan Life SAP Project – Sub-ledger SystemNanshan Life is a leading company in Taiwan life insurance industry. This project composed of implementation for multiple SAP modules: FSPM, FSCM, FSCD, FSRI, FSICM, CRM, FICO. It was led by SAP China, participated by IBM, Convista, Msg, SAP EMEA. This project evolutionally completed the transformation of the whole IT infrastructure of Nanshan Life. As a key member in FS-CD team, I oversaw the solution design of policy collection & disbursement:➢ Solution design, optimize the business process of premium collection and cash discount, via different payment channels including cash desk, online credit card, check, autopay, and multiple convenience stores.➢ Led the cooperation with over 40 Taiwan banks, of payment interface design, joint testing and delivery timeline. Designed a tool to adopt hundreds of bank transaction file formats.➢ Designed solution of open item management of receivable/payment items, and complex clearing rules.➢ Successfully worked 3 years in a high-intensity and complex environment with many companies and teams
