I Started as a Third Party QC inspector at Kumba Resources (Now KIO ltd.), Sishen Iron Ore Mine in April 2003; August 2005 I continued as an inspector at Thabazimbi Iron Ore Mine; In June 2006 I was awarded the contract to do the QA/QC inspections at Exxaro Grootegeluk Mine, where I was employed till December 2020. In 2021 I started my new journey with Collaborit Engineering Services. Long term goals would be to further my studies in my field of work and better my knowledge to such an extend that I can be utilized in corrosion consulting, surveys etc and to explore more diverse options such as welding, steel installation etc. I wish to pursue a career that will afford me the opportunity to work in a dynamic team that plays an integral part in the day to day business operations. I am a hardworking, likeable, passionate and business-orientated individual. Loyalty and trustworthy are some of the values I live by. I am always pushing to become better and achieve more. Moreover, I have a keen interest to gain further experience in the field of project management, civil works, corrosion and quality to ultimately apply developed and existing skills to contribute positively to the advancement of the organization.Since 2003 I've build up extensive experience in the corrosion industry, on over numerous different projects, with the main focus on operating plant refurbishment and maintenance, in corrosion control, as well as quantity surveying and system development (Invoicing system, production rate and progress analyses etc.).
