I currently mostly manage Third Party Hosted Applications used by internal business groups. I manage the relationship between the 2 companies. I am responsible for all technology needs for the applications that the business utilizes. Some of the responsibilities include working with the vendors to set up Single Sign-On, ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner, review contracts/SOWs to make sure deliverables are correct along with negotiating fees and completing annual SOC-1 reports. Setting up and configuring the applications to meet the business needs include security permissions, adding data elements and screens. I also develop SQL reports for regulatory and SEC reporting. I also lead a development team for a modernization project to re-write a client-based application to a web application. We ensure that we follow the agile methodology through required scrum ceremonies.I also hold 2 National Referee certifications as a volleyball referee. I referee as a 2nd job all over the US. I currently referee women’s NCAA in the following conferences: ACC, BIG 10, SEC and many more. My greatest accomplishment is being a referee at the 2019 Women’s National Championships in Pittsburgh. I also referee Men’s NCAA in the EIVA and Conference Carolina’s. I am a member of the USA Volleyball coaching/mentoring team to help train referees around the country. I am the RISE Director for USA Volleyball Officials division. This position organizes a team of coaches and referees for many events around the country to provide high level training for referees to obtain National-level certifications
