• Provide effective procurement support for Diageo China Ltd.(DCL)/Diageo Shanghai Ltd.(DSL) in Demand BTL categories: POS, Experiential market/sampling, VAP(value added packaging), Visibility, BTL Creative • Negotiate value in term of savings, cost avoidances and total value-add for company.• Carry out robust market research to identify trends and potential sources, Maximize long term commercial advantage in terms of creativity, quality, supply, cost and added value to DCL/DSL• Manage effective supplier relationships delivering maximum value and service to DCL/DSL. Service to include all aspects of procurement event- on time delivery, manage quality issues from a relationship perspective (not to perform quality function role). For selected priority suppliers support the supplier and component qualification processes. • Manage compliance and governance issues from a procurement perspective. Work CCS and CRAM agendas in accordance with regional procurement strategies and requirements. Ensure compliance to procurement policy and procedures. Ensure tight focus on effective and efficient PtP process from procurement perspective.• Collate and review supplier performance data and lead local supplier performance improvement activity with key stakeholders.• Provide supplier performance data to procurement and local stakeholder management on a regual basis and escalate as required.• Support and promote regional procurement agenda within DCL/DSL Communicate with global and regional procurement to share learning. Support the development and implementation of global and regional strategies and programmers to ensure Diageo spend is being fully leveraged. Ensure best practice and processes are adapted and core capabilities are achieved.

• Receive the brand guidelines and updates from marketing, responsible for the execution of updated Merchandising guidelines including visual image, display for different outlet, window display etc.• Design the key visual images for each products, Develop merchandising planning and step• Responsible for merchandising maintenance for our outlets through merchandising plan update for outlets, Merchandising quality monitoring and maintenance• Lead the execution for MAF/CNY campaigns through high quality merchandising plans for campaign enabled by adequate communication with marketing and sales team and functional cooperation with HQ & region team• Assist HQ trade marketing in MAF/CNY campaign & trade promotion execution monitoring through managing the merchandising specialist in campaign outlets visits and merchandising compliance checking• Communicate with sales people and promotion girl to identify the training needs and issues with other maintenance functions• Develop, source and purchase all BTL promotional materials including giveaways, gift pack for MAF/CNY, promotional packaging materials...& ect according to the product image and work within the given budget• Develop, produce & installation of point of purchase (tent card, light box, poster) and merchandising materials (glass, ashtray, dice cups ect) to increase the product/brand exposure in trade outlets• Order POI/POS materials developed by Brand• Maintain close communication with the promotional/merchandising team at Brand-updating them the promotional/POS materials developed locally, getting the updated guidelines and quality standard & assisting Brand in sourcing of the materials• Manage internal processes, including inventory control and stock checking in relation with warehouse and logistics management; and APB internal system• Develop and source promotion uniform and set up the guideline to ensure consistent image
