Senior Process Engineer
Current1. Mainly responsible for B&W speakers and new product import, work with R&D and team to complete product design and verification, manufacturability evaluation and improvement, ensure that new product mass production smoothly. 2. Evaluate the samples, and provide the report and proposal to team.3. Follow up FPV build, PP to MP, compile process flow and WI and other document, process parameter setting, material evaluation, provide sang list and solution or related suggestions.4. Optimize and improve the production process of speakers, improve production efficiency and reduce production cost and scrap rate.5. Analyze and resolve the bottle-neck or machine issues of production line verify and provide the short and long-term actions.6. Maintain production line and equipment are stable; insure the safety stock of spare parts.7. Design or optimize non-standard tool and fixture for old and new products, and evaluate to import new equipment if necessary.8. Cooperate with UK acoustics engineer to verify the speakers by Klippel test.9. Edit and maintain process related documentation.
