. I troubleshoot,removal,installation.inspect and servicing of PT6-68B Engine , components, HSI and Airframe Hydraulic systems, Fuel system Flight controls, Cabin Pressurizing, and OBOGS .. Inspect maintain and rectify the Engine and Airframe systems of PC21.. Interpret inspections findings and determines adequacy of corrective actions.. Ensure serviceability of support and test equipment .Develop and implement maintenance reliability measures and operations parameters involving Engine ,components and Airframe(Fuel, Hydraulics, Flight Controls Cockpit Press and Obox)in accordance with customer requirements and applicable standards .. Provide support/assist to flight line prior to aircraft release.. Perform Schedule /unscheduled maintenance on PC21 aircraft .. Flight servicing and weakly checks of the aircraft.. Accomplish Service Bulletins and Technical Memo to satisfy Aircraft needs t o be airworthy .. Determine defects and unsafe condition of the aircraft and to quickly diagnoses the cause to locate the areas or systems where corrective and measures should be performed.. Participate in testing, removal,installation.inspection ,troubleshooting and calibration activities in Engine, Airframe systems and components on aircraft and back shops .. Ensure that all task perform and make sure the Serviceability of Aircraft . . In June 2015 I joined the AMMROC team in the United Arab Emirates on the Pilatus PC21 platform .I complete my PC21 familiarization course August 2015 and work as AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER .My duties and responsibilities in this particular role is to perform first line fault findings and rectification ,pre -between - post flight inspections and assist pilots at aircraft and launching & recovery .July 2017 I was appointed ARS PC21(Aircraft Rectification Section) acting Supervisor of Avionics ,Airframe and Engine (27 Technicians )On 01 March 2019 appointed Supervisor at Pilatus PC21 platform

Employment History. 10 January 1983 -1986 Apprentice at Denel .Qualify on 18 June 1986.. Work in Hydraulic Servo Shop Flight controls and Autopilots at Denel from January 1986 -1988.. Transfer to Air force Base Langebaanweg June 1988 work on Aermacci MB326 MK1 Airframe ,Viper 22-11 engine and Aermacci MB326K airframe and Viper 540 engine Servicing's and snags .. From December 1992-1995 worked on Texan T6G (Harvard) airframe and Pratt&Whitney single Wasp R1340-AN-1 Engine .(107) Servicing's and Snags and Flight Line Requirements . From January 1996-2014 start working on Pilatus PC7MK11 Airframe and Engine PT6-25C Servicing's and Snags and Flight Line Requirements . My Main Duties at Air force Base Langebaanweg . Maintaining serviceability of aircraft to meet flight line requirements(repair snags wing to fuselage removals, installations Engine Changes ,Propellers ,Balance of Propeller and ground runs ). Servicing of aircraft and associated trades carried out 150,300 HRS .. Practical training of South-African Air force Apprentices .. Supervising of South-African Air force technical staff that has the task of high quality servicing on aircraft .. Carried out corrosion control and wash program .Signing of technical and aircraft documentation.. Crew chief post for Denel .. Inspector. Denel Contract with South-African Air force came to a end . March 2014 .. Start working June 2015 at Ammroc in United Arab Emirates on Pilatus PC21 Airframe and Engine PT6-68B as Principal Technician in charge of Engine shop( Snags ).
