Assisting in stock book-in's, returns and repairs.As a full time sales assistant my main responsibility for the store is to be the main face to the customer audience that we have in plymouth. To assist in the customer service for the store and offer service including demo and test drives, equipment repair, attachment solutions for individuals and groups including businesses. To conclude sales with quotes or orders.My personal experience at the store has been a good one and I have enjoyed ranking high or top with attachments for both AppleCare and personal trainer.
