Some of these roles are: Fabrication Services Manager to Project Manager responsible for all mechanical and fabrication work activities/operations within the North East & Cumbria. I was a key driver in the establishment and revitalisation of a major fabrication facility located in the North East.As a member of the Senior Management Team I am often responsible for:All aspects of a project from Bid phase through to the Execution & handover Phase.Contract ownership covering all disciplines, including pre work for estimating and ensuring implementation of the planning processes.Ensuring delivery of all contract activities to agreed target and timescales.Managing WIP (Work in Progress) and production of financial reports.Responsible for HSEQ performance for the business unit in which I manage.Ensuring all quality and operational standards are maintained in line with business expectationsIn addition to managing Piping & Structural fabrication projects and maintenance operations via a fabrication facility. I have managed onsite installations of major Piping and Structural projects on various Petrochemical and heavy industrial sites throughout the UK.
