I have almost 15 years experience within the motor trade, starting off as a car cleaner I had the passion and drive to progress onto better things, my whole career has been within a main dealer environment, I have excellent customer service skills as well as a drive for quality. I am highly trained in high voltage vehicles having my IMI level 4 battery repair/replacement certificate, I am an MOT tester as well as an MOT site manager overseeing 8 MOT testers monitoring quality and correct working procedures on a daily basis. I am very computer literate after doing numerous ICT courses in college. I am very polite and work very well in a team. My goal in life is to be the best I can be. I feel I have a lot more to offer than just being a mechanic, I know all aspects of the business and I’m looking to move out of the workshop environment into a different area of the industry, however being at a senior level I still have the passion working on cars to a very high standard as I had at the age of 18, I enjoy getting lost into diagnostics and troubleshooting.
