  I currently manage the Resident Liaison team that has been put in place to support the residents of the high-rise blocks affected by the fire safety works programme at Pendleton Together. I provide comprehensive management of the Resident Liaison Team. This includes recruitment, completing 1 to 1 meetings, probation review meetings and managing sicknesses and absence within the team. I allocate people and other resources to workstreams that are taking place across the nine blocks, I am responsible for communications sent to customers detailing work to be complete internally and externally and I liaise effectively with management, contractors and customers on current issue to ensure a smooth customer journey. My understanding the relationships between contractors, Pendleton Together leadership and stakeholders and customers is important in ensuring effective communications and resident satisfaction.
