I graduated from The University College of St Marks and St Johns Plymouth after achieving a BSc Honours degree in Strength and Conditioning. I gained an interest in training, fitness and strength & conditioning for sport when I represented Devon u20’s and South West England u18’s in rugby. During College and University, and since then I have been working within a fitness suite for approximately 5 years and am now expanding on my skills base and have been working with the council hosting outdoor circuits, hosting fitness classes with colleagues and providing consultation as a strength and condition coach to the Torquay Rugby Football Club.I am outgoing and an organised team member with a keen interest in furthering my knowledge within the sport and fitness industry. I am confident in my ability and knowledge base to support clients and colleagues on a day to day basis.
