I am a passionate and driven Safety, Health & Environment Professional currently working for a European Leader specialising in the design and manufacture of innovative food packaging solutions, with Regional responsibilities across two differing manufacturing processes in a Leadership Role. Prior to this, I worked for a Global FMCG company in the Liquids Personal Wash/ Care sector, having full site responsibility for Health and Safety which included the Liquids production facility, Seven Scent fragrance manufacture and R&D laboratories. Being part of the Senior Leadership Team, I have involvement with Strategic Plans and drive continuous improvement in all aspects of Health and Safety. I can offer experience working on a COMAH and DSEAR regulated site and have extensive manufacturing knowledge gained throughout my career. I am a Time served Armature Winder/ Electrician, demonstrating a desire to succeed, have held various positions of responsibility through out my career and I’m also Six-Sigma greenbelt certified having worked in industries grounded in Quality standards and quality expectations. I am a hands-on professional, assisting and mentoring all departments to enable best practice and compliance, as well as being responsible for maintaining the 18001 and 14001 Management Systems across different business environments. I have been successful in building strong internal and external relationships and influencing all levels through a committed approach to doing things right with honesty and integrity. The experiences I have gained in my H&S roles have enhanced my professional capabilities through targets and results driven challenging environments with stretching deadlines and expectations.
