Currently overseeing various domestic and commercial developments totalling over £14m. My role consists of phase planning, sourcing materials, labour requirements, ordering, h&s, client meetings, wage structures and aiding in design.

My role was to oversee the day to day running on many site. 7 detached 4 bed homes in Ripon worth £2m, £1m renovation in Harrogate, £500k renovation in Harrogate and a £2m one of design and build home in Oxford.

I was first on and off each development. My role was to oversee the joinery aspect on all areas during the build. I often aligned with clients to achieve the perfect result.

I was a reliable on site joiner of all descriptions. from shuttering, 1st fix, 2nd fix, kitchens and trussed or traditional roofing.
