As a shift lead my responsibilities include being the product knowledge expert for all customers and budtenders at all times. In addition, it is my duty to verify all cash deposits at the end of each shift, keep all products METRC compliant, and ensure a safe and secure work environment for all employees.

-Oversaw and developed a team of three soldiers as they learned to use the most casualty producing weapon in the platoon.-Successfully employed proper tactics and techniques on multiple training exercises.-Successfully lead a team of three soldiers on a successful air assault training mission with the Royal Thai Army during our month long joint forces training exercise, in which we were recognized by a three star General for our achievements.-Recognized above my peers as winning the Soldier of the Month award.-Promoted four months early above my peers because of my demonstrated leadership skills.

-Responsible for making sure all assigned tasks to my platoon of 30 soldiers were completed in a timely, efficient, and safe manner on a day to day basis.-Maintained proper accountability of all soldiers in my platoon, I knew where every one of them was at all times so if something happened I could get in contact with my entire platoon within a matter of five minutes.

-Responsible for over $200,000 of sensitive equipment at all times in changing environments resulting in no losses during the timeframe.-Conducted multiple 100% serial number inventories on over $2M worth of sensitive items to ensure proper accountability was maintained in the arms room.

-Signed for over $3M worth of equipment and never have lost or damaged any of it while conducting multiple field training exercises all over South Korea.-Conducted multiple vehicle movements in the dark and never had an accident with a military vehicle or a local national.-Responsible for performing weekly checks and maintenance on the vehicle to ensure it was always in proper running order.
