He has extensive experience of assisting large public and private sector organisations to both define and achieve their optimum target operating model. Stephen also has a proven track record in helping public sector organisations maximise the commercial value of their infrastructure, resource and knowledge assets; and driving value from their external commercial relationships. Stephen has particular experience in supporting change in welfare, housing and justice. He has a particular interest in how joined-up working across the public, private and third sectors can help to address some of those "wicked issues" that represent fundamental social and economic challenges to our society.
