PROFILE:I offer over 30 years of practical experience in estimating, cost control and contract administration. Using project knowledge gathered from a variety of building and engineering construction projects, I offer extensive experience in the re-development and refurbishment of construction projects. I believe that a quantity surveyor needs to work with a dynamic mix of disciplines which requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and flexibility to adapt whilst provides with independent and consistent accurate advice to demonstrate our ability to operate as a member of the team.
