Project Management Experience:• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget• Coordinate internal parties and vendors for the flawless execution of projects• Develop different retail packaging for different products such as headphone, speaker, power, cable, and so on• Deal with different vendors in Asia for packaging development and marketing promotion• Ensure critical timelines is meet, and working closely with the relevant department and suppliers• Work cross-functionally with product design, engineering, costing to sustain high quality of packaging design as a whole• Lead and manage the graphic team or design agents to meet critical deadlines while ensuring delivery of quality marketing and packaging design from concept to final production• handle multiple requests from marketing team from US, Europe and Asia timely, effectively with quality output Procurement/Supply Chain Experience:• Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers• Discover profitable suppliers and organization partnerships• Price negotiation• Follow up orders with factories and monitor production and delivery status• Source and audit different potential packaging vendors in Asia• Review and implement a clear guideline and process across design, packaging to drive efficiency and reduce costs• Research new processes and materials for packaging design such as different kind of papers, plastic, blister, EVA, metal and so onQuality Control Experience:• Audit different potential packaging vendors to meet with company standard (ISO, G7, etc.)• Monitor the whole packaging and printing development process, trouble shooting, and provide solution in all packaging structure and printing matter• Review the print proofs, color management and on-site press check• Provide training to suppliers so that they meet company’s quality standards
