However, those 6 months completely changed my perspective toward exercise! I was 57 years old when I trained with him and he changed my attitude from hating exercise to loving it. I think a lot of people get heavy into exercise for a short while and then it dies out. However, the passion for exercise that he helped instill in me is stronger than ever 2 ½ years later and will be for life, thanks to Stephen! In my book, that makes for an outstanding trainer! I had several health issues which were greatly improved by Stephen’s ability to adapt the training to address my needs. I have had high blood pressure and with exercise, it has become completely controlled. My cardiologist is even amazed! I have bone spurs in my neck and he gave me many exercises to strengthen it and decrease the pain. I have had curvature in the upper spine and neck problems for many years, and Stephen worked diligently on my posture and even that has substantially improved! My balance and coordination have significantly improved and to top it off, I lost 20 pounds while training with Stephen. All the training sessions were always fun, creative, educational and exercises were seldom repeated. Stephen is very respectful, humble, hard worker, leader and a role model for his co-workers.
