There are over 17 modules; Claims Entry and Administration, Safety Audits, Premium Allocations, Interview Entry, Policy, Premium, and Erosion, CMS, and Chargebacks.Responsible for maintaining and enhancing modules for Insurance Program, Policy, and Premium entry, Premium Allocations, and other domains as required. Enhancements were performed by team of Sr. Developers with QA in India, and Project Management in Chicago and Kennesaw, GA.

The Stars Enterprise is an application sold directly to clients and offered as a web service. It is built on c# .Net Framework using a homegrown Entity-Framework with Repository pattern against Oracle Servers, Model View Controller (MVC) pattern for service calls, and Model View ViewModel (MVVM) for Silverlight modules. Enterprise also serves as the backend for the ClearSight application. Responsible for Technical Leadership of the team for Values Collection, Premium Allocations, and Locations modules. Accountable for development estimates, plans, code reviews, mentoring junior developers on a multinational team with developers in Texas, Chicago, and India.

Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Single Sign On process. This was critical in each Release as a defect would prevent the entire Client user base from logging on.

The application was initially based on a FoxPro program for Y2K. Worked closely with Document Services to customize features and add enhancements. A change control process prioritized improvements using BugZilla for tracking. Documents were entered manually and scanned into large TIFF files that were then viewable within the system and could be written to DVD, generate mailing information, or sent over the internet.
