• Act as the project lead and main point of contact to all C-Suite executives, including hosting all project meetings (kick-off meetings, weekly check-in meeting, and other ad hoc meetings) as well as meeting client SLA’s • Maintain all project documentation and organization of within the Google Drive project folder• Analyze project goals based on the contract SOW and client communication to gather actionable tasks/requirements that will serve as the basis for Jira cards• Manage deliverables effectively in Jira obtaining signoff from client upon completion• Communicate as needed with the Development team to complete complex requirements.• Manage and communicate project SOW hours. Client should always be aware of project hourly usage and notified if the BA believes the project will incur overages.• Escalate any “at risk” projects to the leadership team for quick resolution. • Bring projects to closure successfully, gain sign-off from the client upon project closure, and off-board the project following the defined Project Closure Checklist.
