Responsible for facilities planned maintenance solutions throughout the Isle of Man. I offer facilities planned maintenance (FPM) contracts (costing) ranging from the simplest boiler service to the most complex of multi-frequency, multi-skilled solution. My work programmes are then compiled if agreed in accordance with the customer requirements, manufacturers' recommendations, HVAC SFG20 and compliance with British Standards and are designed to ensure that all building services assets are maintained for optimum performance. Maintenance customer’s benefit from pre-agreed service levels, emergency call out procedures, life-cycle cost analysis etc. including reporting and costing for defect/observations raised from reactive and maintenance tasks.I pride myself on providing a quality customer service within budget and on time. This is achieved through my past experience and expertise. I have continually adapted to an ever changing and expanding market whilst maintaining a personal service to our vast, loyal customer base. As the building services industry moves forward, I will continue to evolve to meet consumer requirements.I constantly monitor our management procedures, ensuring all members of my team from designers to installers are kept up to date with the latest industry standards to ensure a quality product. 1980 – 1994 Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council.1980 – 1984, completed an approved apprenticeship in the craft of Plumbing at Sheffield Shirecliffe College & Rotherham St Ann’s College.1984 – 1991, working throughout the Rotherham area, carrying out plumbing repairs to council owned property, schools & public buildings, using works vehicle. Completing job cards including materials used list to accompany a daily time sheet & daily vehicle checks.1994 – 2002 Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council.1994 – 1996, Plumber at Brierley Depot, Cudworth Barnsley carrying out plumbing repairs to council owned property, schools & public buildings, using own vehicle.1996 – 1998, Gas Fitter at Twibell Street Barnsley carrying out gas repairs, serving & commissioning of boilers, heating installations, solid fuel to gas & gas to gas boiler replacement, stand by & back up, to council owned property, schools & public building, using works & own vehicle. Completing job cards including materials used list to accompany a daily time sheet & daily vehicle checks.1998 – 2003, Technical Officer at Twibell Street, Barnsley in the heating & electrical section. Analyse & input data from electrical test equipment for 5 year testing, portable & fixed appliances, fire alarm & emergency lighting.Draw systematic electrical drawings to architects specifications using specialist electrical testing & certification software to produce final accounts.Produce H&S file/plans for construction, Risk Assessments and Safety Method Statements. Produce planned maintenance projects & compile variation orders for our gas contract, Set out & mark up results of tests from apprenticeship interviews.
