About Stephen Spring
Since March 2012, I have been the CEO and Managing Director of Pacific Locker Solutions Pty Ltd, the Asia Pacific partner of two European manufacturers, a leading supply of electronic parcel lockers and a leading supplier of heated ski lockers. We supply both ambient and refrigerated electronic parcel lockers to leading retailers who are using them to add a new dimension to Click & Collect retailing. We supply heated ski lockers to ski resorts wishing to enhance their customer offering.I came to LockTec as an experienced executive, with broad experience in manufacturing, construction and international business, backed by doctoral studies exploring the factors that drive entrepreneurship and innovation in large companies. Over the last 40 years, I have worked with both large and small companies across a broad range of industries including mining, oilfield construction, and manufacturing. In the course of my work, I have developed and implemented strategic change programs, established and built new businesses, and directed operations of Australian companies and their foreign subsidiaries.My formal education includes studies in Business Administration at Harvard Business School, Entrepreneurship at Swinburne University, and Engineering at Monash University. In aggregate, these studies have provided me with the knowledge and conceptual frameworks necessary to develop innovative approaches to the real-world problems experienced by business.
