- Handle inbound calls from members, providers, physicians and clients related to pharmacy benefits.- Assist members in understanding pharmacy benefits structure (i.e. copays, drug coverage, contracted network pharmacies, and indemnities information.)- Research and resolve problems in a timely manner.- Escalate issues when necessary.

- Daily collaboration with Assistant Athletic Director for Game Management- Organize practice needs for the opponents of seven varsity teams (i.e. practice times, locker room access, post-game food deliveries, travel directions)- Managed game day operations for home competitionsResponsibilities included the following: - Pre-game set up and post-game tear down (i.e. raise stadium flags, water coolers set out at team benches, balls available for warm ups and post timing sheets in visitors’ locker room)- Distribute payment checks to officials- Direct media and team personnel to proper filming locations within the stadium- Address any spectator behavior issues not easily settled by stadium ushers- Coordinate video replays for home hockey games - Responsible for the collection of vital information and necessary documents for NCAA Tournament hosting process (Proposed Budget and Financial Report, Facility Evaluation Questionnaire and Key Contacts forms)
