- Be the first point of contact between our organization and Credible, our medical recordsservices, for reporting issues and problems.
- Help manage VOIP systems in Cisco Unity Connection Manager (CUCM).
- Order and set up new IT equipment for staff.
- Configured a chabot in Microsoft Power Virtual Agent for our company intranet to assist staffmembers with QI, HR, and IT related issues.
