The primary responsibility of this position will be to provide technical product support to a key customer account, managing multiple projects within that organization across the country over a 2 year roll out. As well as taking personal responsibility for the success of the account. The primary scope of the position is to install, commission and refine Immix systems in test or production environments. This includes but is not limited to comprehensive end user training, system testing, deployment of new software releases and supporting the Program Manager in executing the overall project plan.In this role, I am required to use my solid background in software applications and the ability to work directly with customers, understand complex IT networks and various server systems as well as be comfortable troubleshooting and dealing with software support issues with access control systems, and video management systems.Key Responsibilities:Manage projects to ensure project goals and customer expectations are metInstall and commission the Immix software for customerAssist the customer with system wide rollouts and updatesDeliver user training sessions and assist in the development of customer driven training documentationProvide front line customer support and troubleshooting for all reported issues

SecureWorks Data Center Operations Security Team Security Systems Installation Manager responsible for the design and installation of security systems equipment including, but not limited to, Access Control/Intrusion Detection and CCTV Surveillance systems. Also responsible for the continuous review of existing standards and to stay abreast of developments in new technology that will enhance the physical security footing of data centers and collocations. In this role I worked directly with the Datacenter Operations Manager, Network Security, Network Engineering, and auditors, both internal and external to translate their requirements into physical security systems design and implementation.This role included supporting the construction and deployment of physical security packages for all SecureWorks USA sites and collocations in the EMEA region. I also worked closely with contractors and vendors to ensure that all security standards are met during the construction phase of the facilities.
