• Oversee aircraft engine overhaul facilities in Orlando, FL and Burlington, VT.• Burlington facility operation consists of 4 shifts, 50 employees, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.• Orlando facility operation consists of 1 shift, 10 employees, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.• Manage day to day operations of two aircraft engine overhaul facilities.• Responsible for employee payroll, capital budgets and profit and loss accountability.• Accountable for annual sales in excess of $23M for 2008.• Complies with FAA Regulatory, OSHA, EH&S and ACE (Achieving Competitive Excellence) disciplines.• Develops and implements a training matrix and annual training plan that adheres to FAA regulatory, EH&S and Company policy requirements.• Submits direct and indirect employee performance evaluations.• Responsible for maintaining appropriate staffing levels, interviews job candidates and selects qualified personnel for all positions.• Provides direct interface between PWES and the customer.• Negotiates between PWES and customer pertaining to disputes involving disagreements in warranty, invoicing and contract labor.

• Eagle serves as a full service FBO (Fixed Base Operation), FAA Part 145 Repair Station, located at the Columbia Metropolitan Airport.• Maintenance operation consists of 6 department managers, 70 maintenance techs and support personnel. • Departments include Avionics, Piston and Turbine maintenance, Paint, Interior and Cabinet shops, and a parts department with outside sales.• Eagle services Cessna 500 series, Lear 20 & 30 series, Cirrus, Twin Commander and numerous other models.• Responsibilities also included serving as the Director of Maintenance for a Part 135 Charter/Flight school operation.• Performed indirect and direct employee performance evaluations.• Interviewed job candidates/hired employees as needed for all departments.• Developed and implemented the OSHA required respirator program for the completions center.• Developed FAA required training program for licensed aircraft mechanics.• During the period of March 2004 thru December 2005 the maintenance department was guided to a (1 Million Dollar) P&L Improvement.• Lead the maintenance department to its most profitable year since 1990 in 2006. Heavy maintenance facility for Dornier 328 & Bombardier CRJ's located at the Columbia Metropolitan Airport.Managed 5 maintenance supervisors, 6 crew leads and 75 mechanics.This was a 24/7/365 operation.
