Managing Brownfield projects for a major oil company customer in an evolving oil and gas market. Concentrating on existing fields, we are helping customers streamline projects and take advantage of existing assets to better their oil output. Implemented a new tender/quotes tool with Power BI that is customized to our customer and will expedite the process and ultimately help us deliver our product and fast track delivery to meet need dates.

Manage subsea projects from the Gulf of Mexico to Africa supplying subsea oil field equipment to major operators in the worldwide oil and gas industry.Also working on special initiatives including Strategic Planning Analysis for Western Region and Global profiles leading into merger and realignment.Managed a process where all Western Region work flows were mapped and aligned with new global standards in BPMS (Business Process Management System) in order to have a auditable system for projects.
