As a manufacturing engineer at Bijur Delimon, I apply my eighteen years of experience in machining and design to optimize the production processes and quality standards of the company. I hold a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification and use data-driven methods to improve efficiency and reduce waste. I also have extensive knowledge of various CAD/CAM software and CNC machines, which I use to design, program, and run parts for different industries.In addition to my current role, I also own SS Machining, a reverse engineering and 3D design shop that offers services from prototyping to full-scale manufacturing. I use a Hexagon romer absolute arm to scan and recreate products with high accuracy and precision. I enjoy solving complex engineering problems and creating innovative solutions for my clients. My goal is to deliver high-quality products that meet or exceed their expectations.
