An accomplished operations leader, I have spent the last 2 years driving a culture shift within Ceres Power and previously 9 years providing business and technical leadership to develop world class MRO operations on behalf of Voith Turbo, a leader in industrial and mass transit operations. I previously managed Production at one of two Traincare Centres that maintain London Underground’s Northern Line train fleet having gained a wealth of engineering and leadership skills and knowledge maintaining Harrier jets and Sea King Helicopters with the Royal Navy. An outstanding leader and coach, I have consistently achieved excellent results by focusing on lean methodologies, root cause analysis, employee engagement and team building.
