Lead Microsoft SQL Server Database Administrator, responsible for support and maintenance activities for all SQL Server databases including maintenance plans, installation and patching. Working across functions, reviewed manufacturing issues against customer need, assessed best business solution; formulated and executed exit plan and obsolescence procedure to migrate customers to alternative high reliability specification, increasing profitability and terminating the Mil-883 business without penalty to customers or SGS-THOMSON.
