- Expanded PanelPRO, a multi-gene, multi-cancer risk prediction model and R package to include contralateral breast cancer risk prediction.- Developed an R shiny front-end for PanelPRO; features included data visualizations, report downloads, pedigree data entry wizard, password protected user accounts, and SQL database backend.- Modeled breast cancer patient propensity to undergo a contralateral prophylactic mastectomy based on genetic, medical, and demographic characteristics using logistic regression.- Built a data pipeline to clean approx. 900,000 records of pedigree and genetic panel testing data.
