Mr. McClellan is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder, a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts, CFA Society of San Francisco and the CFA Institute, was President of the New York Computer Industry Analyst Group, and President and Founder of the Software/Services Analyst Group. He has made television appearances on CBS, CNN MoneyLine, CNBC, Bloomberg, Fox Business, and Wall Street Week, and given presentations to numerous organizations and conferences. Mr. McClellan has published articles in the Financial Times, New York Times, Forbes, and others.His recent book was Full of Bull: Do What Wall Street Does, Not What It Says, to Make Money in the Market, published by FT Press in 2009. It sold over 20,000 copies in three printings, was translated into German, published in India, and reached as high as 89th in the overall Amazon U.S. sales rankings, achieving #1 status in the business and investing category.He is also the author of The Coming Computer Industry Shakeout: Winners, Losers and Survivors, published by John Wiley & Sons in 1984. It sold more than 30,000 copies in hardcover in three printings and was translated into Spanish and Japanese languages. The book was reviewed favorably in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Chicago Tribune, Boston Globe, and Forbes. Mr. McClellan served on the Board of Directors of the Business Executives for National Security (BENS), has been a member since 1990, and has accompanied leading executives and members of the Administration in BENS fact-finding missions to places such as Iraq, Afghanistan, the Ukraine, Georgia, Azerbaijan, and India.
