primary responsibility was to work with the commercial sales team across the UK to increase sales in the field and to launch and develop sales of new products in both national accounts and also in Independant sector. A number of the sales team were also successfully replaced during this time.Also being involved in the major launch of the range of kiln dried wood products in the company this involved design and build of new kiln drying facilities and then taking this to market via our commercial field sales team and our national account managers.Also being involved and having responsibility for organising a number of exhibition stands in both the UK and also in the companies advancement into Europe we launched our products in Germany at the Spoga exhibition in Cologne.Whilst there we successfully negotiated a deal with Calor Gas for the company to sell their range of bottled gas throughout the UK at the depots and implemented training for all drivers and depot managers to enable them to confidently supply and safely deliver the product.
