As a Professional Services Engineer Team Lead at RingCentral, I assist in leading and training a team of 75 engineers who implement and deploy cloud telecom systems and contact center tools for enterprise clients worldwide. I have over 6 years of experience in the unified communications as a service (UCaaS) industry. In my current role, I host and lead weekly product trainings and updates for the RingCentral solution portfolio, and serve as a technical expert for project management, sales, and account administrators. I have received multiple recognitions and positive feedback for my performance. I have a Bachelor's in Marketing from Colorado State University, where I participated in the Semester At Sea program and gained global exposure and cultural awareness. I love to travel to new places and embrace new cultures, and have accomplished a 2 year streak on DuoLingo.
