Mr. Tappert is an independent consultant in the environmental industry. He has worked in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania market for both national companies and regional firms, and has more than 25 years of experience in the management of environmental investigations and remedial projects, specializing in ground water issues. His project experience includes ground water investigations and remediation, soil remediation, preparation of agency submissions, industrial property transactions including Act 2 (PA) and ISRA (NJ) submissions, and preparation of litigation support documents. Mr. Tappert’s recent projects include ground water and soil remediation sites, free product recovery systems, landfill investigations, and various Brownfield redevelopment projects. While at TRC Environmental Corporation, he had specialized in the procurement and implementation of fixed-price liability transfer projects under the TRC Exit Strategy® Program.
