I am committed to translating data into stories that organizations can use to make themselves better workplaces.​Throughout my career, I have been interested in combining quantitative and qualitative data to produce unique insights for individuals, teams, and organizations. As a Partner at Novo Vista, I spearhead the development of wellbie©, our proprietary organizational, team, and individual assessment, looking at how inclusion can be measured and improved. This includes using machine learning techniques to identify profiles of individuals who may experience inclusion differently in an organization and, as a result, need unique solutions. Some of my previous work has been published in HBR, Talent Magazine, and TalentCulture.​ Not only am I looking at inclusion in the broadest sense, but as a quantitative psychologist, I support the development of new tools and research to anticipate burnout proactively. I am also the fractional Head of Data Science for a start-up addressing nurse burnout. I am currently part of a research team at a Washington D.C. hospital assessing the effect of different interventions on nurse burnout. ​Before Novo Vista, I was a Partner with Heidrick & Struggles and a member of the Leadership Consulting Practice. While with Heidrick, I was the Product Owner for SYNAPP, a digital product that enabled leaders to understand how their organization collaborated. In this capacity, I worked with clients in the oil & gas industry, as well as non-profits and technology firms, illuminating how their organizations performed by identifying emerging leaders, understanding how inclusive their organizations were, and determining talent-at-flight risk.​Before Heidrick, I was a Principal Consultant with Philosophy IB, where I led the firm’s Strategy & Operations practice. While at Philosophy IB, I partnered with many of the world’s foremost life sciences companies to help their R&D operations work better.​In my free time, I am a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, a Ballroom Dance enthusiast, and a soccer player and youth coach. I have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Princeton University, an MBA from the Darden School of Business at UVA, a Masters in Quantitative Social Sciences from UVA, and a PhD in Quantitative Psychology. I am also certified in the Hogan assessment.​
