Responsible for Client Account Set up, Billing / Invoicing, Accounts Receivable Operations. Department of 20 FTEAccomplishments: Process standardization, Implementation of KPI and SLA metrics / targets, re-engineered process to improve efficiency and cost savings.Centralized Billing services from 4 Canadian regions to one. Resource reduction and efficiencies gained in the process.

Accomplishments:• Project Lead for Order to Cash - build and implementation of Holcim North American Shared Service Center • Negotiated and developed Service Level Agreements for the Shared Service Centers (average achievement of 99%).• Developed/focused on Customer relationships through implementation & achievement of joint targets and key performance indicators (KPI).• Successfully developed and delivered training to all group companies across North America on new systems and standardized processes (Shared Services platform).• Reduced Unbilled Revenue by 80% from 2006 to 2007 through reporting and process re-engineering.• Holcim Leadership Award (Q3 2007) – Design and delivery of Customer payment discrepancy process and training to Holcim US/Canada.• Reduced Disputed invoice cycle time from 100+ days (2007) to world class 17 days.Manage a team of 30+ Employees responsible for the full Accounts Receivable cycle and Business Shared Services for North America operations.
