Wilder Balter Partners, a real Estate Development Company which specialized in Low Income housing, acquired an 80 acre parcel of commercial property in 2005. I was brought in to develop a 800,000 Square foot lifestyle center and manage other smaller commercial projects.Primary responsibilities were to plan, permit, lease, and create financial models.

Created a Commercial Division to develop commercial properties in the Mid Atlantic region. Built a team to develop over 1,000,000 sf of commercial property including hotels, light industrial, office centers and retail shopping centers. Within the scope of responsibility was to create valuation models of the residential and commercial properties to properly allocate costs and profits in mixed use developments with various ownership structures.Worked on the initial development team for Dominion Valley Country Club, a planned Unit development of 4,000 homes. Spearheaded the build out of our own cable and internet service provider. Created valuation models and cash flow projections, as well as project managed the construction of single family homes.

Tedeschi Realty Corporation (TRC) was a diversified real estate development, construction and property management company based in Rockland, Massachusetts. The Company was incorporated in 1956 and continue to develop residential and commercial property until 2007 ay which time it began selling its assets. In 2007 TRC's sold off a large portion of its asset based of 30 supermarket anchored shopping centers in New England.

Ground-up development of a 38,000SF free-standing retail building in Hanover Mass. Leased to Calverts, and financed through BayBanks.

Contracted to help Sprint develop their wireless infrastructure in South Eastern New England. Identified, leased, designed, and or permitted over 60 sites.
