I have had a long and fun career. I can say I have touched probably every aspect of email and associated mail filtering during my 30 years in this industry. Currently I'm working for the best company that I have ever had the privilege of stepping inside their door. The people I come in contact with daily from stem to stern at TA make my job fun, enjoyable and challenging. The human aspect outside of the technology is the draw for me as it was from the first week I begun working for TA. The technology part is easy, but the people aspect can be challenging. As there are a myriad amount of problems and situations that have to be tackled. Being able to help fellow TA employees get through those untold count of technological problems to do their jobs is job number one. Our customers are counting on all of us being able to do our jobs to serve them properly. As the product is never more important than the service given. In this foreword I'm not going to bore you with fancy software titles and convince you of my skills. I have references and many people that can give an extensive write up of the things I have had to figure out in my career. Many solutions that include create from scratch down to performing circus acts to get the technology to wrap itself around a company like a handmade glove. As no two company's are alike. I'm not seeking any other company offers or openings. I'm very honored and elated being where I am doing my small part for TA. I take great pride and personal effort to get to know my customers. I come from a line of entrepreneurs in my family and being a small business owner myself since I was 19 has taught me many things that help me do the job I do.
